More importantly, we want to speed up our logon times again! If any help could be given on this I would greatly appreciate it. I'm just trying to understand the gears behind Shared PC and maybe find some help from more experienced admins on this topic. My main question is how does this work? Is it supposed to be leaving behind folder in the users folder? Is there something obvious that I may be missing that's going wrong? The profiles in the registry are removed, however.

While investigating, I noticed that folders within c:\users are not being removed. Recently we have noticed that logon times have begun to take Initially this was setup to clean up and maintain our lab computers and help with logon load times. I have followed the trail from a GPO that applies a PowerShell script to checking the scheduled task under Task Scheduler Microsoft>Windows>SharedPC>Account CleanupĮverything appears to run successfully within the scheduled task. I am recently new to my job and I am troubleshooting Shared PC in our environment, more specifically logon load times.
